Travel
The easiest way to get to Boulder from the Denver Airport is by Uber or Lyft. Rides are typically 45–60 minutes depending on traffic and usually cost around $50–80. This is the most convenient option, especially if you’re traveling with luggage or arriving later in the evening, since it will take you directly to the hotel.
For a more budget-friendly option, you can take the RTD SkyRide AB2 bus from the airport. This route stops along the US-36 corridor, including locations near the Hilton Garden Inn and Embassy Suites area in Boulder (28th Street / Canyon area). Please note that the AB2 runs on weekdays only and primarily during peak morning and afternoon/evening hours (it does not run mid-day or on weekends). You can view the current schedule and stops here. If the timing doesn’t work, the AB1 bus runs daily to Downtown Boulder, followed by a short Uber/Lyft ride to the hotel.
Rental cars are also an option if you prefer to have your own transportation while in town. Parking will be available at the wedding venue; however, please note that parking at hotels and around downtown Boulder is often paid and may be limited.
No matter which option you choose, we recommend allowing extra time for travel, especially during peak traffic hours.

Attire
The dress code for the welcome party is “dressy casual” or whatever you might wear to a rooftop bar. Don’t overthink it :).
The dress code for the wedding is Playfully Formal—polished silhouettes with room for personality. We encourage bright colors, fun prints, and unexpected details paired with formal elements.
For women, think elevated dresses or sets with bold color, texture, or print—paired with heels, sandals, or dressy flats suited for outdoor wear.
For men, think suits or dressy separates with personality.
The day will be spent outdoors, so breathable fabrics and footwear suited for al fresco festivities are recommended.
Kiddos
03.
While we love your little ones, the welcome party and wedding will be adults-only events. If you need help arranging childcare for the weekend, feel free to reach out to Alex (317-691-5498) and we’ll connect you with a sitter.
Transportation
04.
Guests are welcome to drive to the venue, and parking will be available. However, we recommend taking advantage of the provided shuttle service to and from the ceremony. Shuttles will depart from the lot between the Hilton Garden Inn and The Embassy Suites at 3:00 PM on Saturday to head to the wedding.
From 8:00 - 10:00 PM, shuttles will begin running back and forth between the venue and the pickup/drop-off point, so guests can leave when desired.
Ceremony

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask you put away all cameras and mobile devices. It’s important to us that we are all truly present to share this moment.
